SIGN UP PROCEDURE   

When signing up to play with another member please use w/#. Anything other than this will not be honored. You are limited to 5 spaces. Please don't use a name in the comments column, also when signing up a guest do it only once.  

If you want to have more than one guest, please call the Course Rep and inform him who you want in your foursome. 

If everyone follows these guidelines it helps the Event Manager in setting up the event.  

The Golf Association provides the following communication tools:  

1. The web site includes event sign-up books, the schedule, member directory and much, much more.
2. E-mail is used for notifying and reminding members of their sign-up status at events, mass mailings, monthly newsletters, movement from the event waitlist to the event signup book, etc.
3. Texting is primarily used to inform members of late event cancellations, movement from the event waitlist to the event signup book and for emergency messages.
4. The e-mailing and texting is an added service to the members but the members still need to take responsibility and check the web site for any changes and for their signups.  

1. It is the member’s responsibility to keep the Tour informed of his up-to-date contact information: 
2. Current cell phone number and service provider.
3. Current land phone number.
4. Current e-mail address.
5. Current mailing address.
